‘The Year of the Diamond Dogs’ brings together 40 minutes of Bowie’s formative vision for the ‘Diamond Dogs’ LP.
Side A contains the “Rock ‘n’ Roll with Me” session recorded at Olympic Studios, 9th January 1974.
Side B has four takes of “1984-Dodo” from the ‘1980 Floor Show’ recorded at the Marquee Club, 18th October 1973, the “Dodo” demo recorded with Lulu in late 1973 and “1984-Dodo” demo recorded at Trident Studio in November 1973.
Made in homage to and with the greatest of respect for the original 'Trade Mark of Quality' bootlegs, just 110 copies of the LP were pressed 100 red and 10 black.
